HR Generalist
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for recruitment process, resignation process, compensation and benefit
- Handling BPJS Resignation and Exclusion
- Create, updating and maintain HR database & document such as salary, employee attendance list, employee agreements, warning letters, etc
- Implementing updated labor regulation in HR practies
- Responsible for administrative tasks
Requirements :
- At least 1 year experienced in HR role, Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Fluent in Mandarin (both oral and written)
- Excellent in Ms. Office
- Responsive, active and creative
- Able to work with minimum supervise
- Certified CHRP are preferred
