Finance Cashier

Job Description :

• Manage petty cash and budgeting
• Process authorized financial transactions and payments
• Report daily, weekly and monthly cash flow
• Assist payroll process
• Bank account opening
• Filing
• Payment scheduling
• Able to work with minimum supervise (Work from Home might be scheduled during pandemic)
• Work closely with Finance & Accounting Manager to ensure smooth operation of all finance matters

Requirements :

• At least 1 year of working experience in related field
• Computer literate
• Required languages: Mandarin
• Highly organizes, proactive, hardworker, focused and have attention to detail
• Willing to work under affiliations
